Shipping policy

At Sunday Spec, we use a hybrid fulfillment model to get parts to you as fast as possible. This means your order might arrive in multiple boxes at different times—some directly from our Atlanta facility and others straight from our vendor partners.
Rates & Coverage

Standard Shipping: We ship to the contiguous 48 states. (AK and HI customers: please contact us for a custom quote).

Free Shipping: Orders over $500 ship free within the lower 48.

Exclusions: Heavy or oversized items (bumpers, seats, wheel packages, etc.) requiring Freight (LTL) are not eligible for free shipping.
Processing Times
Most orders ship within 1–3 business days. You’ll receive tracking info via email as soon as your labels are generated. If an item is on backorder, we’ll reach out with an estimated lead time.
Freight & Oversized Deliveries
For large items (hoods, engines, roll cages), we use LTL freight.

Inspection is mandatory: You must inspect the shipment for damage before signing the driver's release. If it’s damaged and you sign for it, we cannot file a claim.

Phone Number: Ensure your phone number is correct at checkout; the carrier will call to schedule a delivery window.
Damages & Claims
If a carrier beats up your package, tell us immediately.

Report within 48 hours: Send photos of the box and the part to shop@sundayspec.com.

Lost Packages: If tracking says "Delivered" but the porch is empty, check with neighbors first, then notify us within 5 days so we can start a trace with the carrier.
The Fine Print
We aren't responsible for carrier delays (weather, holidays, etc.) or address errors made at checkout. Once the package leaves the dock, it's in the carrier's hands, but we’ll always do our best to help you track it down.
